Living with MCAS, Raynaud and Connective Tissue Disorder

Hi, I have been diagnosed with MCAS,I also have Raynaud and connective tissue disorder.My physical body has become like a bipolar person.Everyday is different.Some days I can’t count on myself doing anything.Pains on different organs comes and goes. Does anyone have the same feeling ?

Yes I'm getting used to the fact that some days I have to stay in all day and on the worst days I even have to stay in bed all day. But if I listen to my body and rest when my body says rest I do better because I have found the more I push myself the sicker I get.
