My Journey with Systemic Lupus Erythematous and Anti-PhosphoLipid Syndrome

Hi everyone I'm new here. Diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythematous in March 2006. Had a stroke due to a somewhat common complication with SLE called Anti-PhosphoLipid Syndrome (APLS). Long story short I had to learn life allover again and I think that is pretty awesome because I got a chance that many many people would LOVE to have. i got to start my life basically allover again. I'm now with a major insurance company and working my way toward being a fully licensed and certified financial advisor. Life can be shitty but you gotta walk on the sunny side of the street.
