Living with Long COVID: My Diagnosis and Experience

@Confidence exercise induced hypertension. I had controlled high bp all my life from family (whole family) but it got bad whenever I did anything last year. I am 63 but at 60 my 40 year old daughter would say that I had more stamina then she did. All of a sudden I was sweating and out of breathe, tinnitis..constant ringing in my ears. Diagnosed with sleep apnea which I was told was the reason for bp and brain fog...6 months later I am still dragging...not sleeping as many hours but 8 or 9. It's a mess and the docs just send me to a new specialist.

@Confidence yep but I can't even remember being sick. I have been healthy my whole life, oh family high bp but on meds. Suddenly whammo...all these crazy symptoms. No answers from any docs just speculation on long haulers.
