Living with IBS-C: My Struggle with Daily Routine

Diagnosis was IBS-C. I think I have had a tendency to be C as a normal. I had an appendectomy at 13 and exploratory surgery to remove adhesions at 40. Every day it wakes me up. Good after 11-12. Miralax is a lifeline but any little change in routine is a disaster. I take one thing, anything and everything at times! Anyone out there like me?

I do a lot of fermented products from sauerkraut spoonful before every meal and drink Kambucha. It helps. Evenings are the worst for me.
