Citrucel fiber capsules taken with a generous amount of coconut water in the morning right after a hot cup of coffee has helped me. Anything CBD/Hemp has also helped with my IBS and constipation. Banana smoothies with almond milk have worked wonders for me recently as well.

Yes!! I’m not actually diagnosed but I have the exact same problem as you. My doctors say it’s gastritis but I’m always constipated no matter what I do or try. I suggest you should do a food sensitivity test for the eating problem because when you have IBS there’s sometimes certain foods that trigger your symptoms. With IBS it's hard to diagnose since all the symptoms can be explained away by something else. It took 3 visits at my GI as well as a colonoscopy/endoscopy to officially get the diagnosis of IBS-C
