Living with Herniated Disc in Neck for Over 10 Years

Has anyone lived with hernaited disc or out of place disc in their neck for over 10 years? Also if you get it fushed what is it like? i do not take any medication for it at all.

      Oh ok. A nerve block. They go in and inject pain medication in your spine where the issue is

      I have. My L4/L5 and C5/C6 ruptured at the same time in 2010. I had to have lumbar surgery 3 times. So I put off having neck surgery for over 10 years. It got to the point where no doctor could/would help me :(

        @RJB that is horrible. So what do you do to help yourselve?

          @dooby Unfortunately things got so bad for me that I had neck surgery last July and then thoracic surgery on my T2/T3 in November. My pain got to a point where I had to have pain medication. I couldn’t live without it. Physical therapy didn’t help, blocks didn’t help, etc.
