Hi all not sure where to start, just reaching out for people in similar circumstances than me, in constant pain with very little support or help on how to manage and improve your life conditions ? Not sure if this is the right platform for this ?

Oh i know my drs are the same why. And my spine is trying to leave my body in sections. But do you have any dr that you really trust with your best interest / health. That's the dr you want or as close as you can come and don't be afraid to have a frank conversation with them. After you are paying for the time and you need to trust them.

here’s the thing lily I wake up with o e every day issues where the skull rest on the spine ? Every specialist I see they have a different point of view. ??? Very frustrating
