Living with Chronic Pain: Seeking Advice

I've had chronic pain since 2015 the Doctors I've seen since then believed it to be either sciatica or bulging disc but over all it's arthrosis in both hips. On May 16th 2022 I had my right hip Injection done. So now the pain is gone my walking is weird and I'm afraid to eat any foods the flares up the arthritis so is there's any help with a daily life change I can do everyday along with some yoga, stretches and exercises so that I can enjoy my life?

That’s right your diet can be your friend or enemy plus look into natural healing with tumeric eating not capsules and ginger or peppercorn to activate the tumeric. You can mix it in water and I’m learning how to incorporate into cooking because the taste is 🤢 lol but seriously and I also started crystal healing and a few years ago I would have poked fun at the idea but sometimes desperation can open a lot of doors good ones even 😌😍

What are they or does it depend on the person?

depends on the person… there are several that most can get triggered by like gluten and dairy. One that everyone should avoid is processed foods. Outside of those it’s pretty individualized and reactions can show up to a week after eating food that there’s an issue with.

Have you worked with a doctor to do an elimination diet so you know what foods trigger flairs?
