Living with Chronic Pain: My Struggle to Cope

I am so done with everything. I'm in so much pain, but allergies keep me from taking anything other than nsaid. my whole body feels like it is on fire. I'm taking meloxicam, gabapentin, pregabalin & cyclobenzaprene once a day unless I need more. I can take everything except the meloxicam every 8 hours. On top of arthritis, chronic back pain from surgery & general pain all over, I fell & broke my leg. I had surgery April 12th & my doctor is advising to start cutting back on the 3 meds because they make me feel like crap emotionally. I just don't know how much more I can take. I can't put any weight on my leg, so I'm sore from pushing a wheelchair & hobbling around. I just really want this all to stop. i still feel like crying all the time & have increased my sertraline dose. I'm taking insulin for diabetes along with 3 pills. I'm just done. I'm tired. I'm cranky. I don't know what to do. Cannabis & CBD don't help & my stomach gets upset from it. Massage isn't helping. TENS isn't helping. I WANT MORPHINE, but I'm allergic to it. going through breaking 2 bones & surgery without pain meds has really sucked. the nerve block above my knee wore off a while ago. The feeling in my leg is all wacky. Be careful what you wish for, I wanted a vacation, but not like this.
