I've always have had a headache for several years and it never goes away. Sometimes it gets worse and idk what's wrong with me. It's not like I'm always dehydrated or anything, it's just normal that I'm always is pain. I've also had body aches for the longest time, everything is sore for no reason like my whole body is a headache. It just gets so exhausting sometimes and it may be related to my depression because (I think) ever since i got depressed, the aching and soreness just got worse and worse over the years. My mental and physical health is shit and my life is a mess (and kinda nonexistent)
