It is a constant struggle and trying to get help where the med professional is somewhat knowledgeable is very hard to find but I have noticed hanging with friends does help when there like minded otherwise I found it tiresome would it be to much trouble to ask u the same question iv also found it's really hard to keep friends with what I have on top of the 2 u mentioned

I felt that with the keeping friends thing, I don't have a formal diagnosis but my psychiatrist said I'm most likely on the spectrum, it's so hard to keep things....light and relatable?
