Hi everyone! I am an 18 year old college student living with my s/o and friend. Recently I was diagnosed with a bipolar disorder and everything is just a bit strange. I feel validated but it's a lot to take in.

I just turned 26 and was recently diagnosed. It is definitely a weird feeling. It is still hard to admit to my family (that's another can of worms) but it feels good to know so I know whats "wrong" with me. Nothing is actually wrong, I just haven't found the right word for it yet. It's hard but it is getting easier. Please feel free to message me if you wanna talk, I'm always here 💙
