I won’t lie and say it’s nothing to worry about. It can be a struggle at times. I’ve had it for about 9 years now. Find medication that works for you and stick to it. I was the kind of person who never took meds for anything but maybe a headache if it was really bad so taking medication everyday for the rest of my life was an adjustment. Very important to have a good support system, get plenty of sleep. Find a good outlet for stress whether it be exercise, music, any hobby. Even with medication and therapy you can have mood swings, but with good coping skills, you’ll be fine. Keeping a journal about your moods and how you’re feeling is helpful too.
