Living with Bipolar Disorder and BPD: Seeking Input from Those Who Understand

i’ve been debating the possibility of me having bipolar disorder or BPD, and wanted input from people who actually have either (or even both.) if you’re comfortable sharing, what are your symptoms? when did they start showing up? what is it like living with these disorders? some context, pretty much all of my family on my fathers side (including him) show heavy signs of undiagnosed and untreated bipolar disorder, and one of my uncles is officially diagnosed with bipolar 1. my ex therapist told me at the beginning of treatment, that he believes i’m dealing with bipolar disorder but we never went further than that, and was never really brought up again.
