      @J.Cooky that's a really great way to think of it, thank you so much. I'm supposed to be more forgiving to myself this week and then tell my therapist about it next week. That's a really solid train of thought for me to use!

      omg I understand completely. Some days it makes me feel awful but I've come to realize that anxiety is like a war it's exhausting sooo it's okay to sit on the couch and just watch TV Because I have been fighting all day

      Also I like to be surrounded by my family it makes me feel protected. Finding ur happy place or safe place makes it easier

        @J.Cooky Good point. I like just sitting on my couch. Lately it's super random but true crime podcasts and YouTube distract me too. You would think the darkness of the topics would make it worse but it actually doesn't.

      I listen to a lot of music lmao I find it comforting and relaxing. Comedy is also an excellent source for me because it distracts me from my thoughts
