Good point. I like just sitting on my couch. Lately it's super random but true crime podcasts and YouTube distract me too. You would think the darkness of the topics would make it worse but it actually doesn't.
omg I understand completely. Some days it makes me feel awful but I've come to realize that anxiety is like a war it's exhausting sooo it's okay to sit on the couch and just watch TV Because I have been fighting all day
