Little Red Spots on My Boobs: Normal or Not?

I have this little red spots on my boobs. I usually get them sometimes before my cycle. Or they’ll just come out of nowhere and disappear in few days. but I’m a little worried because I don’t know if this is normal.

I have the same thing. I use hydrocortisone cream. Walmart brand. They don't go away. But it helps them out alot. This started a few years ago. And I don't understand it either

I have to same thing as you I buy a body acne product I use it in the shower it's helps a little
