Means you probably have a hemroid, drink alot of water don't don't strain when you poop. If it keeps happening I'd ask your Dr though

Blood means there's a problem. It could be a minor one like hemorrhoids or constipation could cause it. Let your doctor know. He might success an anoscopy to check for abnormalities or a colonoscophy if he's really concerned. I have both.

Was it bright red blood or dark red? Bright red is usually hemorrhoid. Dark red is usually related to your colon. Either way, please tell your dr.

If it's coming from your butt it could be from straining too hard or maybe you have a hemorrhoid that is bleeding. Having trouble pooping can cause straining. Stress can cause tummy trouble that can cause bloating and constipation which causes you to strain. If it's coming from your vagina and it's not your period, it could be spotting which can be caused by stress. It kinda depends on how much you're bleeding and from where. Sorry for the long response.
