How to Come Off Lithium: Seeking Advice

I weened off slowly on it and I was in other meds like lamectial and weened off that however I dealt with draws horrible feeling in the body but I was able to balance myself slowly with diet exercise and stretching and bouncing my body helps with my lymphatic system and also organic nutrients diet with little supplements. I changed my supplements monthly or every three months. I have been prescribed many kinds of meds from Ricsalti put me into coma sleep only needed 5 hours which was not a good fit that made my mind run with mixed emotions, to other meds antipsychoctics that I had allergic reactions where... I had to get an IV to drain that particular med out of my system which helps out a lot to an idiosyncrasy reaction to Thoes type of meds. That does not react well at all. However the only one I reacted well with was lamectial.
