I have all these disorders but I take a mood stabiliser called Quetiapine, Propranolol a beta blocker and Fluoxitine a anti depressant. I've honestly never heard of lithium or been recommended it. Is lithium also a bipolar medication like Quetiapine?

I’m on 300 mg a day actually for suicidal thought regulation. It has helped me so much, honestly most with my mood regulation than any other medicine I tried.

For bipolar, BPD, and a few other things , I’m on 900mg a day. That will likely go up as I don’t believe my levels are in therapeutic range yet.

@Mosey I ended up back on this post so I thought I’d add that it went up to 1200mg a day and was switched to ER Lithium
