It up to you but I don't do well remembering to take pills or get the shot I just did the thing in my arm and I don't have to remember anything but to take it out and get it replaced but I've been on it for 4 years now and it's the best thing I found to help the the first two years I was on it I lost my period totally and it was nice but now that I've had the second round I've had it every month and I never miss his amount and it doesn't hurt anymore so it's totally up to you what you make and what your doctor says is the best thing to do

I did the nexplanon that go in your arm for 3-5 years and it helps me with PCOS

Ok have you don't a ultrasound that's the best way to do find out if you have it

I had blood work done but it came back with nothing

I suspect I have pcos but I'm not sure
