Lightheadedness and Panic Attacks

I get lightheaded regularly… every day in shower, in warm baths, standing up, bending over for too long, sitting up… also get panic attacks/heart racing if I go to bed with tight shirt and/or eating right before sleeping… anyone else have these…?

Your doctor didn't tell you what to do?!?! Get a new doctor!!!. Get a good salt supplement drink like liquid iv. I love liquid iv! If your having mental issues like anxiety, treat that. Increase your physical activity, especially cardio. Super important. Stat small. Work on 7-8 hours of sleep. Feel no shame in using a pill just remember to try to fall asleep by yourself everytime first. Track your symptoms and identify key activities that cause dizziness. If you can reduce black outs or faint spells they will eventually shrink when standing and stuff. I can't weed the garden in the sun. It gets me every time.

Just getting up slowly helps & make sure one hand is always free in case you need to grab on to something until it passes

Yeah, I’ve heard the same thing and it doesn’t really help. 🫠

Hey, i have orthostatic hypotension. I get lightheaded alll the time from changing positions or in a hot shower. There’s no treatment unfortunately, but you should ask your doctor about it. They just tell me to drink more water & eat more salt. Doesn’t seem to help me much though
