Lightheadedness and Fast Heart Rate: Is it My Medication or Anxiety?

I’m not sure if it’s one my medications or my anxiety but does anyone else get lightheaded or have a fast heart rate? I’m almost constantly light headed when I stand up and my heart is always racing 😩

        @CoffeeAndDogs I’ve got pots and anxiety. The symptoms can be similair, but pots is much more severe for me

      I’d ask your doctor to test you for POTS. You can look it up too. ESP if you have tachycardia.

      The lightheadedness by itself can be a side effect of the meds or a sign you're low on something in your diet. I've had it happen too. the heart race is definitely most likely a side effect of the medication

      I was this way too. Worse after eating. Check your blood sugar when this happens if you can. Mine was too high, and once I cut out sugar it stopped.
