is anyone else really sensitive to light? like I go outside and I get head pains and I can't even open my eyes if I tried

Yes, i used to experience the same. You can use the photo chromatic eyeglasses. These are great and it can darken according to the environment outdoors.

yeah, i get migraines and sometimes even an upset stomach if im in direct sunlight for too long, it's too overwhelming for me and my eyes cant hande it. i either wear sunglasses or blue light glasses to shield myself from obnoxious light
