It didn't have any effects for me like that, but it was also when I was pretty young just starting to get any pcos symptoms

It's different for everyone I'm sure so speak to your doctors, but personally I feel like Lexapro made things worse for me

it made me gain SO much weight even though i wasn’t eating anything during the months i took it. i was only able to stomach a small cup of soup once a day the whole time i was on it and even then i would end up throwing up from how sick it made me. i was 17 at the time and my doctors, parents, and school nurse (had to take it at lunch) refused to believe how sick it made me. despite not eating at all i somehow managed to GAIN 40lbs on it

I've been on lexapro for many years now. For me it has helped my emotions and anxiety so much. I haven't noticed weight gain with it but I've always been overweight.

I was allergic to Lexapro I found out and got a very bad rash. Wasn't on it long before I had to switch.

I was on Lexapro for a few months and it was great. I didn't overthink, I slept better, didn't breakdown weekly anymore but it seemed to stop working for me and everything just went to how it use to be. Didn't effect my weight though.

Lexapro didn’t work for me personally. I was on Prozac a long time before that and it was great but I think it lost effectiveness. I’m on Zoloft now and still figuring out if it’s a fit.
