I took abilify years ago and had to stop after a few months. My family and counselor noticed that I wasn't behaving like myself, using the term "flat affect". I basically became very dull and flat, lost all of my personality. I've know other people to have other weird side effects too. Works great for some people though!😁

lexapro did nothing for me, but i've been on abilify for about five years now. it definitely helps keep my mood stable. the only side effect i have is excess saliva... but it's not so bad that it makes me drool or anything lol. i don't see myself coming off of it any time soon.

I just started taking Abilify in the form of a shot a couple of weeks ago. Invega took away my period so they changed it to Abilify. So far I like it better and I think it’s helping

I do currently and at first Lexapro made me throw up and feel nauseous but after I got used to it I felt fine and it brings my anxiety down. Abilify just improves my mood and stabilizes it
