Legal options for disabled person needing new caregiver

so a family member was my caregiver but she essentially decided she didn't want to anymore because I'm too much for her which is fine but she is withholding all the documents I need to get a new one, including my birth certificate. is there any legal matters I can take as a disabled person?

Do you have a social worker? Report it stolen and she threw her under the bus. Can you get duplicates for the documents like the BC you can get online.

If you are on disability you need to call ASAP so she won’t take your benefits cuz she will. If you can handle your own money you don’t need a caregiver to cash your check. I’m so sorry this happened.

I'm able to spend my money but I am unable to do some tasks at home, and I am unable to get to appointments or do talking at them because of social anxiety and memory issues. I'm having a medical problem now and she's refusing to let me see the doctor. It's escalated to be very painful now.
