Since I was 14 my left eye always felt weird when I poped pimples on my cheek/face. I mentioned it to the eye doctor and they said my eyes are fine and only have dry eyes. But I am afraid to even get facials cause when they do the extraction part my left eye just feels weird. My left eye has been having discomfort since my boyfriend used the extraction tool. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have the same issue when I take care of blackheads on my cheeks. I don’t know why it’s only the one eye (coincidentally also left), but it can be really frustrating.

@serendi yes and I do not know how to explain it. Have you explain this to the eye doctor? And what does it feel like when you pop them? Like it’s not my eye ball it’s like the surrounding area.

@Unknown89 I haven’t explained this to my eye doctor. I hadn’t thought of that before. I’m not sure how to explain the feeling… Kind of like a deep aching pressure that radiates outward followed by a sharp pain directly around my eye socket that takes a minute to fade out. As someone on their way into the medical field, my guess is that it’s nerve connectivity sparking off of each other and affecting surrounding areas. I’m not sure why it would only be the one eye, though.
