      If you need anyone to talk to you're not alone, usually for me I write things down when I can't express how I feel it's basically therapeutic, I highly recommend if that helps you.

      Hi Izzy. How long have you been diagnosed? I’ve been diagnosed for close to 10 years, and I’m still trying to figure it out. Hang in there!

        @FutureNurse i’ve been diagnosed for awhile, i was sent to a mental hospital around 2019 my freshman year
