Carrots, glass of milk, slice of toast, breakfast biscuit, any meat, blueberries, digestive biscuit ... there's quite a few. Being T1 for 25 years, I've come to know a bit. However, most of those foods have little to no carbs, but everyone's body will act differently, so it's tests you need to carry out first. DM me if you want to chat.
