Oh! Sorry for bringing that up then! Thank you for the advice! A cold Arizona tea helped my inflamed throat when I was having tonsilitis issues, maybe I could try that. . . I've tried a back brace, they're so awful. (I have sensory issues) But that is a brilliant idea, maybe I could look around for one that fit better. I used to live on Excedrin when I was having chronic stress-related migraines. What do you do for fun or hobbies?

I like reading, fishing, coloring I have gobs of coloring books I also have 3 girls who use them lol I love to cook and create my own recipes but when I'm having a bad day I curl up in my recliner with my heating pad a soft blanket fuzzy socks warm tea and a good book

Also, about two weeks before this one I was experiencing 24/7 stabbing pain on either side around the ovary area. (I also have PCOS.) I don't know what that is, do you? We can talk about something else, too.

with my PCOS I got a back brace that can hold a heating pad or ice pack and wore that during my flare-ups the compression and heat together with Excedrin back and body helped but as for the underwear I never did find one that fit the pads or even find a pad that fit or stayed in place but I haven't had a period since 2020 when I had my hysterectomy

If you don't mind going on a form of birth control you could try an IUD, I had to get one to stop my periods because they would last up to 4 months and they were getting really heavy, it also helps with the pain I had from PCOS.

Not to be too invasive, and please feel free not to reply, but have you found an underwear brand that holds a pad right and doesn't chafe? Or a pad brand that stays in place and doesn't leak around it? Is there anything else that works for the pain?

I use a lot of Midol Complete and like way too much tea. I wish there was a way to slow the bleeding! I've only recently, like last December, found out that what I'm experiencing isn't "normal". I had thought every woman went through this and I should just be quiet about the amount of pain I was in and "grin and bear it"

I've never had one. That sounds absolutely awful.

Hey, sure. I'm in the same boat for the same reason. 🤗 It's been agonizing this time. It honestly looks and feels like I've been stabbed.
