what do you guys do when it’s too late at night to take adderall you need to focus and get work done

This is more based on my partying experience than medically but maybe try snorting it? You would still get the effects and it should leave your system faster so you can sleep. And take melatonin. But I think the bottom line is it's better to sacrifice some things you haven't done for a full night's rest.

i didn’t realize it left your system faster but ig that makes sense since the onset is faster and i think i read somewhere that you actually get a smaller dose when you snort it

Well I don't tend to have similar affects taking Adderall as the rest of my family, I mean I get al little drowsy but not enough to make work difficult, though it could change with age 🤔🤔🤔

adderall will usually make you sleepy if you’re sleep deprived because it calms you down if you have adhd

Play music and try to distract oneself with the thing you need to do, music helps block out external sound, or background noise, I personally like rain, but there's cafe talking, and else which help too
