Late Diagnosis of Allergies Ruined My Sense of Smell and Breathing

My allergies were diagnosed extremely late and were left to worsen for a while, I'm convinced it ruined my sense of smell and being able to breathe through my nose? I can only breathe through my mouth and since my allergies aren't medicated I think it still messes with my breathing patterns. It could be something else but I'm not sure? Please if anybody has a clue tell me!! 😭😭

I have asthma and allergies, and what really helped for me was an allergy nasal spray. Literally changed my life and definitely recommend looking into. I dont think you need a prescription necessarily but mine is prescription.

I have allergies but haven't gotten tested. I've just gotten so used to breathing through my mouth.

My mom has always had sinus issues. Basic had her sinus "scraped or cleaned". Been a big improvement.
