Large Ovarian Cyst in Endo Patients

I suffer from ovarian cyst and endometriosis. I have reoccurring cysts each month that cause me extreme pain and discomfort. My abdomen usually gets bloated and distended each month 😥

It could possibly be a chocolate cyst. Google it if you dare but that's how I found out I had endo. I had a lump that could be felt near my c section scar. It was huge. Had surgery to remove it and it was a chocolate cyst and confirmed my endo diagnosis....and year later exactly another huge one showed up on the other side. Had to have surgery again but had a full emergency hysterectomy because it was just going to continue happening.

I had a massive ovarian cyst- grapefruit sized at the time of surgery. I'm not sure why that doctor would go to hernia for a woman of reproductive years because cysts are common. I used Nancy's Nook to find a good OBGYN surgeon to remove my ovarian cysts. It's common to have endo elsewhere, and if you're getting a lproscopy anyway, you might as well get any kind of endometriosis excised as well so you don't need any more repeat surgeries.
