I use a platform called FlexJobs - they have tons of remote work and companies geared towards hiring remote teams. I’ve found a great job through there. Good luck x

It depends on what type of job your looking for. I work for a company called Synchrony and they are always hiring at home employees. I will say a larger company will have more benefits and adjustments that can be made for a disability.
