Haven’t posted anything ina few months. I got off lamictal cold Turkey (I was on for a year) & it was a bad 4 months until my body adjusted. Depression had me down bad. So far I’ve had an okay couple of weeks. Just need to explore depression medications because I still don’t have the energy like I used to in the past. Coming off lamictal made me realize how damaging it was to my brain. Between that and trauma I endured my memory is washed of the past. I guess my questions are: has anyones memory’s been washed from lamictal? What are good depression medications with the least side effects?
