Lack of Motivation and Self-Care

I don't feel motivated to do anything. I don't clean my room, I don't brush my teeth... I don't even eat. I just lay in bed. it's been like that for a few weeks and I don't know what to do...

I would try to start with a small thing like getting up. Focus on that then focus on getting something, anything, to eat. If you need to lay back down after that that's fine. But later or the next day I would shut off my phone and turn it off completely and focus on getting up again, focus on getting food but this time try to brush your teeth or take a shower or something self care related. I can't promise this will work for you but it works for me. Hope this helps :)
