Labrum Tear Surgery: Need for Another Surgery?

Had a labrum tear surgery done last Nov.. still have limited range. Pain has never fully gone away..Now my upper arm is locking up and muscle feel like they r twisted in upper bicep..They did have to snip one of my tendons because they said it was deemed unrepairable. got 2nd mri.. and now it's saying I have blunting of the posterior glenoid labrum w increased signal.. post surgeries Chandge w nondetached and or possible tearing... so my question is am I fonda need another surgery and does that mean the 1st surgery failed?

I did have the PRP injection, I'm almost 6 weeks post injection and my shoulder feels great. I've had 3 surgeries including rotator cuff. My shoulder feels better than it ever had, I'm still good to it, I don't abuse it. I'd highly recommend it.

Look into PRP injections in your area. I heard they work well with shoulders. I go in for PRP injection on R shoulder. I had rotator cuff surgery in 2006, now I have small tears in the cuff. We will see if it works. It's alot cheaper and less invasive than surgery. I'll post here about it, in about a month.
