L-Theanine Supplements for Anxiety Relief

anyone ever try L-theanine supplements? I take one a day and it has drastically helped symptoms of my anxiety and panic disorder. It's found in tea apparently!

Does it feel like taking a xanax? I ordered some and will get it soon. Also, have gaba but not sure it works as well.

I tried it before I had medication and it helped a lot. If you cannot get or do not want any meds, definitely use this supplement!

I tried mixing a capsule of l theanine in hot chocolate don't recommend lol just take the capsule normal. It works pretty good my family and pharmacist swear by it. Don't take st. John's wart though it interacts with a lot of things esp. anxiety and depression meds

I work in a medical dispensary & we have a gummi edible which contains L-theanine in addition to THC. Interesting🤔I'll have to try it!
