I’ve been seeing a lot about L-Glutamine for the gut mucosal lining. I know that the mucus lining in my colon definitely isn’t at it’s best, and I have been having mucus in my stool for a couple of years now. Has anyone tried L-Glutamine for gut health before? Do you think it helped? Any side effects?
