KT made a difference in my ability to do certain exercise at physical therapy. There was instability with my knee (one in particular) and KT allowed me to complete the exercise pain free keeping the joint stable and since it was stable, prevented swelling and inflammation that resulted in terrible knee pain after exercises. Might help during physical activity until you build strength around the areas of concern to get to a point to not need KT.

To KT tape and then to rip it off because the ends coming off bother you and you end up with a rash from being allergic to the adhesive šŸ˜‚

I use KT only when I absolutely have to. I vote for consistent isometric exercises that help with prepioception. KT helps when I have to be active and can't multitask with focusing on good form and doing what I'm doing.
