Knee Popping: Normal or Not?

Does anyone else have a thing where their knees just occasionally pop out and then back into socket?

Yes due to my hypermobility, all of my joints do that. If it causes pain or bothers you go to physical therapy or get some braces for the effected joints.

it happens more with my knee caps, but yes

Yes mine is due to a past injury. I usily have to have lay down and have someone pull it back in place from there. Good luck👍
