Knee Pain After Physical Therapy: What Should I Do?

I recently tried physical therapy for my knee pain which is likely caused by my hypermobility but I feel like it made it worse. The only place my insurance will cover doesn’t have any more appointments until November. I don’t know what to do.

I think you need a knee brace for hypermobility more than physical therapy. Cross lateral friction massage may be also beneficial.
