I feel horrible right now, my right knee is about to give out on me, I can't stop shaking, and I feel like I'm about to puke. I don't know if this is because of my anxiety, my depression, or maybe my nerve damage. I keep trying to breathe and drink water but its not helping. Can anyone offer any ideas on what might help?

I am taking Sunchlorella from www.sunchlorellausa.com and Vitamins, shakes, and a sticky patch from Sunenergy.le-vel.com which is helping me big time. It's for Women and Men.

Please consult with your Dr before taking any supplements. I actually did not consult with my Drs and let go of all their prescriptions and I feel Way better...Just Saying!!!!

I read the Bible a whole lot.... I saw a movie called," The War Room" and God's not dead, yet". Has helped a whole lot although, I had to watch it about 4 times just so I could hear everything.

@JoMama I'm glad reading the Bible helps you, but I worship the Greek Pantheon.

I have malabsorption of B vitamins, vitamin D, and low folate. I take folate to help me absorb the B vitamins, and take supplements/vitamins to fill in my malabsorption. I also have Borderline, and that makes a lot of symptoms harder to process.
