Another question! Any knee brace recommendations for sleeping specifically? I’m a side and stomach sleeper so my kneecaps often slide out of place because they are pushing against my mattress lol. My current knee brace hurts and irritates my skin too much to wear overnight (I can’t remember the name of the brand rn)…

have you tried compression sleeves? i’m not sure if it would squeeze enough to keep your kneecap in though.

@Venussy yeah I have one and it helps a little bit but not much 😭 they also tend to slip off when I’m sleeping because I move a lot in my sleep :(

i love tommy copper braces! the copper in it has properties that help with pain, and it’s a little sleeve so it might provide enough support for stabilization!

@abbz oh cool I see they have a compression sleeve with straps so it won’t fall off :0 I might try that out, thanks!!!

If your skin can handle it, I would also suggest using some sort of kt tape: I use knee tapping almost everyday to keep my kneecaps in place so maybe combining this technique with a small brace would be good!

@goblin49 yes kt tape is my favorite. it is not 100% cuz i have had knee dislocations with it but it does provide some support. plus it is much easier and comfier than bulky braces

I ace bandage mine sometimes on the loser days, but not very comfortable and moves but helps some
