Looking for a Kinesiology Tape that won't rip my skin!

Has anyone had any luck with any brand of kinesiology tape? Every time I use KT Tape it rips my skin šŸ˜– wondering if anyone has found a brand that is bendy body friendly?!

      Update here: I ended up trying Therabandā€™s brand of kinesiology tape and had no breakouts after 3 days of wear and it was easy to remove! I always soak the tape in baby oil before removing it, the tape left little to no residue!

      Rocktape is good! It comes off better than some others I've tried and doesn't leave so much gross residue.

      My PT put retention tape on before she put KT tape. It is safe for people with skin allergies.
