Help! Possible Kidney Infection and Stroke Symptoms

im afraid im dying from not eating from a kidney infection, do kidney infections get better overtime? ive peed blood/tissue and think i may have had a stroke. ive been getting more tired everyday 17 y/o female

Hey, you must get to the ER!! If the infection involves your kidneys you must get antibiotics, they won’t heal on their own
