My Experience with Ketamine Treatment for Fibro Pain

My course of ketamine treatments are complete! Only maintenance ones left, and those are a lot less frequent. I cannot emphasize how much it has helped me. I have gone two weeks with no fibro pain! I know it will likely come back, but that’s what the maintenance is for! If you have any questions about the experience let me know :) but if you have the means to do it, I really recommend trying it!

Did it help your mood in general?

yes it did! Honestly I might be able to start coming off some of my antidepressants and anti anxiety meds. It scares me but I feel like the ketamine has helped!

so it used to be used as anesthesia and it’s also a street drug, but it can also be used as a treatment for all sorts of things! I use it for fibro but it’s great for depression too

I just went to a pain management consultant appointment and they give Ketamine injections for $800 an injection. Way too pricey for me.

I just googled ketamine treatments near me and read the websites of places near me! Taught me a lot about how it works as well as how different places administer it. And then I met with a doctor who explained it for me! I’m sure there are good resources out there with lots of info, but I struggled to find much related to pain, but was mostly psychiatric uses
