How Ketamine Treatment Helped Me with Major Depressive Disorder and Suicidal Ideation

If you’re 18 or older and are dealing with major depressive disorder and suicidal ideation one thing that can be super helpful is ketamine treatment I still experience suicidal ideation when really upset but I was experiencing it daily before. It also helped me come out to my mom and helped me heal some of my trauma around being bisexual.

i've really wanted to try them but i have no income and no money ::v so i can only do treatments my insurance covers and the only ones i know of are like. myketaminehome, mindbloom, etc. i have other conditions too that i'm worried would get in the way. but i'm hopeful that i can try it soon enough... i've used thc and a little bit of another psychedelic (but never enough to trip somehow??) and did notice the improvement in my mental health for a few days after, so i'm really hopeful they'd work for me too

Also, the gains continue long after the treatment because it actually stimulates brain cell regeneration so I still noticed improvements months after the treatment.

Hi I’ve also had ketamine infusions and they have really helped my depression, much more than any single medication, and I have tried so many! The experience of having ketamine was actually very pleasant. I just felt very relaxed and tingly, almost like I was floating! I actually looked forward to it! I would definitely give it a shot!

No it’s not scary lol I’ve also done psychedelics before and like them, the people at tenemos in Petaluma where I went are super nice and make sure to dose you properly and it’s honestly pretty fun.
