For people that have already done Ketamine treatment: When (if ever) did you get your first booster shot? And how long did it last before you got another one?

I've heard of ket as a treatment & asked at my pain management clinic, but as yet it's not available. Where in the world are you, if you don't mind me asking? (Kind of hoping you're in the UK so I can say I know ket IS available as a treatment in the UK when I'm next in clinic 😁)?

I had it intravenously but there were options for shot, pills or ‘tabs’. IV was the best way to go for me because if I needed a break from it I could.
