How have you been managing financial stability/ life plan or work & career path/university? I have been struggling in this area, recently worried that my condition will completely drown the trajectory of my life. Not healthy and doesn’t seem like a true belief. I’ve got faith but I’m searching for hope, which two things to me feel so different.

Omg I’ve had CFS/ME for a little over two years, but for roughly the past 2 months, it’s new that I must take multiple naps that last a few hours throughout the day, several times a week. The only way my fatigue presented prior to this event was more like I have flare ups/crashes randomly & it may confine me to bed anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks, in pain and and extreme cold intolerance (talkin heating pads and space heaters in 95 degree weather outside) but I wouldn’t generally be able to fall asleep. Now I experience both phenomenons. These nap like crashes that are also accompanied by stiffness discomfort and migraines, seemed quite strange initially- I started to think I was just being lazy or burnt out. After reading your post I’m considering it less alarming. I hate we experience this but I’m glad we are not alone. Thanks for sharing, now I can be even a little more patient and kind with myself.
